An employee was operating a forklift in a trailer to move product when the forklift wheel caught on the dock plate and became stuck. When the forklift cleared the edge of the plate the employee's leg was pinned between the forklift and the trailer wall, resulting in a broken leg above the ankle.

Three employees had moved a metal electrical cabinet (about 8 by 11 feet) for a new power wall at a new construction site. The cabinet was placed against a wall. While holes were being drilled in it, it tipped over and struck one of the employees. The employee was pinned beneath the cabinet and suffered injuries including a broken tailbone. The employee was hospitalized.
